- Use 20% of your time to get 80% of the job done
and be attentive when you are using 80% of your time to get 20% of the job done.
Urgent vs. important
- Make sure that what you spend time on is most valuable.
- Can you solve many of the urgent tasks, if you solved one important task?
Keep a good Coffe beer ratio
- Remember to be kind to yourself and others.
- Go for brakes, drink water, eat food and fruits.
- Prioritise fun!
